PRENATAL YOGA

Prenatal/ Postnatal Yoga provides a safe and calm atmosphere for mamas to be and new mamas in the fourth trimester. Classes are designed to provide balance, strength, and circulation using modifications for each trimester. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to prepare you for labor while gaining support from other expecting mamas.

PARENT & ME YOGA

Whether you are a new mama or a seasoned mama, our Mama & Me class will be a reason to get out of the house and practice some self-care. Not only will you break a little sweat, but baby will have the chance to be exposed to new stimuli and you will both have fun and learn at the same time.
